EAGLE PASS, Texas — President-Elect Donald Trump’s Border Czar, Tom Homan, visited Texas Army National Guard soldiers/airmen and Texas Highway Patrol troopers at a recently constructed state military base on the banks of the Rio Grande near Eagle Pass.
